Punisher

With the success of our Avenger line of dual sport cars in pre-running and racing we decided to show what we were capable of if we were to build an off road race car. The Punisher is that car. With a design centered around all out performance and indestructibility it has quite a few things that are industry firsts.

The chassis is constructed in accordance with all current SCORE rules for 2006 from 1"3/4 diameter 4130 tubing. The front suspension has 28" of travel with 0 bump steer and 0 track width scrub through 23 inches. The rear suspension uses massive 44" long trailing arms to maximize 32" of travel. This is centered around the new series 30 CV joint and plunging axle system. The car uses 4" King Kong shocks from King both front and rear with a new shock adjustment system from Serious Sports which allows for shock adjustments to be made from inside the car on the fly for a perfect ride no matter what the conditions may be. The Punisher employs anti-sway bars front and rear which are connectable and disconnect able from in the car on the fly. The car is designed to use a 37" or 39" tire so the best wheel and tire combinations can be used. Massive 14" vented rotors with 6 piston calipers front and rear can stop this car on a dime. 70 gallons of fuel in a bladder cell positioned at the car center of gravity allows for up to 300 miles of racing without needing fuel and with minimal change to the handling characteristics of the car.
